Hearing the Cry of the Poor and the Cry of the Earth
Message of the Holy Father Francis for Lent 2019: Pope Francis Lent 2019
- The redemption of creation
- The destructive power of sin
- The healing power of repentance and forgiveness
During this time of reflection and preparation, this 2019 Lenten season we offer up our effect on the environment through our consumption of meat and animal-based foods and products. We also look at other ways to “green” our lives.
